Philadelphia Teen Haven Center offers programs to help teens grow in their walk with Christ and become leaders in their communities.
Boy’s Bible Study
13-18 year old boys
Each week, teen boys gather for a time of fellowship and study of the Word. In-depth bible studies challenge teens to examine who and what they are living for. Opportunities for games and activities are a part of the evening as well. Transportation is available. Contact Teen Haven to make arrangements.
Mondays 6:30-8pm
Girl’s Bible Study
12-17 year old girls
Weekly Bible Studies help girls to grow in their faith and in their identity as daughters of the King. Discussion and study engage girls with what it means to truly live for Christ. Time for games and fun activities are a part of every Tuesday evening as well. Transportation is available. Contact Teen Haven to make arrangements.
Tuesdays 7-8:30pm
Discipleship
Opportunities to get involved in discipleship groups are available to both boys and girls through invitation. Small groups gather for occasional meals, recreational activities, and life lessons (home repairs, cooking, auto repairs, etc) as they learn what it means to live for Christ in day-to-day life.
Student Leadership Training
14-18 year olds
Leadership groups are also available to teens who demonstrate faithfulness and increasing maturity. Special bible studies and training sessions help prepare teens to serve as leaders both at camp and in the city. Teens can move up from volunteer junior counselors at camp to cabin supervisors and even become paid interns.
